Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking:

• Reservations can be made by email, phone, WhatsApp or Online Contact Form

• Payment can be made on the spot by cash or card, or via bank transfer at the moment of booking.

• If the customer chooses to pay via bank transfer, at least 50% of the total amount must be paid at the moment of booking, with the rest due no later than 48 hours before the scheduled service.

• A confirmation email will be sent to the customer once the booking is confirmed.

• For airport and port transfers, our driver will wait for 60 minutes free of charge from the scheduled pick-up time. For other locations, our driver will wait for 15 minutes.

• In order to provide the service, the customer must provide the following information when making the booking for transfers: pick-up point, number of passengers (including children), flight number, and an active phone number.

• The company is not responsible if the service cannot be provided due to a lack of or incorrect information provided by the customer.

• If the customer is unable to locate our driver, they should contact our customer service team for assistance.

Cancellation:

• Customers can cancel their booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled service.

• If the customer cancels their booking within 48 hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost will be charged.

• If the customer fails to show up for the scheduled service, a no-show fee of 100% of the total cost will be charged.
